Reservation Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:

• Florida Resort Xchange and associated hotels are not at fault due to bad weather and/or flight cancellations and can’t offer compensation for any rescheduling or cancellation within 96 hours of the arrival date.
• Any cancellation or rescheduling within 96 hours of arrival will result in a one-night penalty charge of $149.00.

Reservation/Presentation No-Show Policy: 

• Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show, and you will forfeit ALL monies paid toward the package, accommodations, and resort/hotel fees. 
• Failure to attend Travel Club Presentation or meet Terms and Conditions – Forfeit ALL monies paid toward package, accommodations, and resort/hotel fees, and an additional $399.00 penalty charge will be charged to the credit card you provided.   

Terms and Conditions of Promotional Offer: Vacation packages are discounted for attending a Travel Club presentation, which will introduce you to our Vacation benefits and Lifestyle products. The presentation will last 75 minutes for members and 120 minutes for nonmembers.

• Tour date CANNOT be the day of arrival or departure.
• If married or cohabiting, BOTH MUST travel and attend the presentation on this package together.
• Two forms of Identification are required.
  • Valid (not expired) driver’s license or government-issued ID and Major Credit Card (Debit Cards not accepted). 
• Incentives such as travel certificates, prepaid visa gift cards, or theme park credits are ONLY issued upon completion of presentation. Guest MUST fully qualify.
